There is a return authorization form Included in your order. There will also be sales flyers and holiday flyers added. All Items on Back Order will be shipped immediately when they become available or can be Shipped with next order.
Items are shipped directly to you from warehouse. On a drop ship basis, all returns can be sent back to the warehouse for processing or back to you. There is a $5.00 handling fee Per Orders (not per item). If any order information is changed please notify us.
